I first met Pamela Kelepouris when I was interested in moving from the Evergreen section of San Jose to a home closer to my daughter's private school in Los Gatos. Based upon my price range and desired location, I was shown eight different homes in one day that met my specifications. I decided to make an offer on my choice of the eight. Pamela knew just the right price to offer so that (a) it was under the seller's asking price, and (b) my offer was accepted by the seller.

Luckily, I already had an interested buyer for my home. Again, Pamela knew the right price to offer so that (a) it was over the buyer's first two offers, and (b) my offer was accepted by the buyer.

From that time on, however, things moved so quickly that I could not believe how fast I moved from my old house to my new house! It took less than one month from the date of the two agreed upon prices to the actual moving days. There were many forms to be signed, and Pamela had them all ready for me, with explanations to any and all of my questions. She also helped my obtain a home equity line of credit on the old house to pay for the downpayment, as well as the main mortgage on the new house. All I had to do was ask, and she provided, such as names of home insurance agents (my old home was a condominium, so I did not have an agent for myself), names of moving companies, names of house inspectors, etc.

Pamela did everything that I could have asked for in a realtor. She knows her business exceptionally well. Buying and / or selling a house is very complicated, now that I see what Pamela accomplished. I can say that Pamela Kelepouris would do a superb job for anyone that is considering selling or buying a home.
